Order of Proceedings
1. The Provincial Grand Lodge will be opened in due form at 11.00
2. The Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master will be saluted.
3. The Worshipful Deputy Provincial Grand Master will be saluted.
4. The Worshipful Assistant Provincial Grand Master will be saluted.
5. The Right Worshipful Brethren will be saluted.
6. The Brethren will receive the Deputy Grand Master Right Worshipful
Brother, Francis Charles Spencer who will be saluted.
7. Obituary.
8. The Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master will introduce the
Distinguished Guests.
9. The Minutes of the Meeting of Provincial Grand Lodge held at the Masonic
Hall, Kings Heath, on Saturday the Tenth day of June 2023 will be put for
confirmation.
10. The Roll of Provincial Grand Officers will be called.
11. The Roll of Mark Lodges will be called.
12. Apologies for absence and other communications will be read.
13. The Provincial Grand Secretary will present his report, (Circulated).
14. The Provincial Grand Registrar will report on the state of Mark Masonry in the Province. (Circulated).
15. The Provincial Grand Treasurer will present his Statement of Accounts.
(Circulated).
16. The Provincial Grand Treasurer will announce the Provincial dues for the
ensuing year,(£4.00).
17. The Provincial Grand Treasurer for the ensuing year will be elected.
18. The Account Examiners for the ensuing year will be elected.
19. The Provincial Grand Charity Steward’s report will be presented, (Circulated).
20. The Advancees of the Year will be acknowledged.
21. The Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master will re-appoint Worshipful
Brother Paul Alan Yarnell, PGJD as his Deputy Provincial Grand Master.
22. The Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master will appoint, obligate, invest,
and install Worshipful Brother Mark John Winfield, P.G.Stwd as his Assistant
Provincial Grand Master.
23. The Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master will appoint and invest his
Officers.
24. The newly appointed Provincial Officers will be saluted.
25. The Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master will address the Brethren.
26. The Right Worshipful Deputy Grand Master will address the Brethren.
27. A Collection for Charitable Purposes will be taken.
28. The Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master will appoint a place for the
holding of the next meeting of Provincial Grand Lodge.
29. Any other business not requiring Notice of Motion will be considered.
30. The Right Worshipful Deputy Grand Master will retire
31. Provincial Grand Lodge will be closed in due form.
