Lifelite at Acorns charity donation 13th November 2019

Brethren of the provinces Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire & Herefordshire attended the Lifelite Charity demonstration, presentation, and handover of numerous items of “touch and eye contact” aides for the children to use during their stay at the hospice.

The various pieces of equipment will help stimulate the children and help reduce their frustrations in being able to communicate their needs and requirements to the trained staff that look after them.

Acorns, Worcester was one of 14 Hospices throughout the country to be selected by Lifelite Charity to benefit from grant of £141,000 to Lifelite Charity from the Mark Benevolent Fund.

Brethren from the 3 Provinces who attended the demonstration, presentation and handover with staff from Lifelite Charity who provided the equipment from the Mark Benevolent Fund donation.
